Changing Minds - Palliative Care Seminar for People with Dementia

This one day seminar is being held to bring together health professionals, carers and family members who are working with people with dementia. As the number of older people increase, dementia will become more prevalent. There are many issues in the care of patients with dementia which parallel palliative cancer care.
